A note from our team

Our focus is on the best possible care for every patient who comes through our doors. We know that surgery, uncertainty, and waiting are genuinely hard, and that sometimes people arrive at our reception carrying a lot — pain, worry, frustration and unexpected delays. We understand that, and we’ll always do our best to meet you with patience and care.

In return, we ask for the same.

Our reception and administrative team work hard on your behalf, and they deserve to do that work in an environment free from aggression, abuse, or personal attack. The overwhelming majority of our patients and their families treat our team with courtesy and kindness, and we’re grateful for it.

Where that courtesy isn’t extended, we may need to pause, reschedule, or step back from the interaction until it can continue respectfully. In rare cases, we may decline to continue the professional relationship. We don’t take those decisions lightly, and they’re only ever a last resort.

Thank you for helping us maintain a calm, respectful environment — for our team, for you, and for every other patient in our care. We are one team and with your respect, confidence and trust we work at our best for you.
